About the Role

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve agreed sales and contribution targets within the designated territory.
  • Develop new business opportunities with support from Business Development Managers, Specification Team, and Technical Service Team.
  • Prepare and implement regional sales plans in alignment with the HoD and relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop relationships with global and regional key accounts in collaboration with the Key Project Management team.
  • Respond effectively to market conditions, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

 

Planning & Market Intelligence

  • Provide sales forecasts, market insights, and inputs for annual budgeting and corporate reporting.
  • Determine and implement regional sales objectives with the HoD.
  • Communicate product forecasts, including MIN and MAX requirements, to ensure timely product availability.
  • Support and execute market studies as required.

 

Customer & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across geographical boundaries.
  • Ensure timely collection of overdue payments from customers.
  • Record and update daily sales activities accurately in the company Salesforce system.
  • Provide customer, product, and market information to support regional and corporate requirements.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business / marketing / Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
  • Good organizational, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel as required.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and local dialects are an added advantage.
