EHS & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain EHS systems (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001) and ensure compliance with all applicable legal and corporate requirements.
  • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations; lead implementation of corrective actions.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, manage statutory records, permits, and ensure audit readiness.

Sustainability

  • Drive sustainability initiatives in line with corporate ESG goals, focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and emissions control.
  • Track and report sustainability KPIs and support site-level and group-level reporting.

Quality Assurance

  • Manage ISO 9001-based Quality Management System and ensure adherence to standards across raw materials, processes, and finished goods.
  • Handle customer complaints, audits, and CAPA implementation in coordination with relevant teams.

Maintenance

  • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance of plant equipment and utilities.
  • Ensure equipment reliability, manage maintenance budgets and spare parts, and drive TPM initiatives.
  • Ensure safe maintenance practices and compliance with safety/environmental norms.

Leadership & Reporting

  • Conduct training and build awareness on safety, quality, compliance, and maintenance best practices.
  • Maintain all relevant documentation and submit timely reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your expertise - Our strength

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or Industrial Safety. A Master's degree is a plus. NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor (9001/14001/45001), TPM or Maintenance certifications (e.g., AM, RCM) preferred.

Experience: 6–8 years of experience in a chemical/process manufacturing environment, with exposure to EHS, Quality, and Maintenance functions.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of EHS, compliance, QA systems, and plant maintenance.
  • Knowledge of RCMS Audits
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for EHS, QA, and maintenance tracking.
